Welcome to ProfitPlanner by RetreatWise, a retreat pricing and planning tool designed to help retreat leaders estimate costs, pricing, and profitability for retreats hosted at Hidden Leaf Baja or any other location. Please review the following terms before using the Calculator.

1. Use of the Calculator

ProfitPlanner is a planning and estimation tool intended to support retreat pricing decisions.

  • All outputs are estimates for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or accounting advice.

  • Results generated by the Calculator are not binding quotes or guarantees of profitability.

  • RetreatWise is not responsible for business, financial, or logistical decisions made based on Calculator outputs.

2. Plans, Access & Fees

ProfitPlanner is offered through two access options:

Clarity Plan (One-Time Use)

  • Provides one-time access to generate pricing and profit estimates for a single retreat.

  • Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

  • All Clarity Plan purchases are non-refundable once access is provided.

Growth Plan (Subscription)

  • Provides ongoing access to advanced pricing features, including pricing adjustments, discount modeling, and profitability optimization.

  • The Growth Plan requires a minimum 12-month subscription commitment.

  • Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.

  • After the initial 12-month commitment period, the subscription may be canceled at any time.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

RetreatWise reserves the right to update pricing, plan features, or access models with reasonable notice.

3. Data & Privacy

Information entered into ProfitPlanner is not sold or shared with third parties.

  • Data may be used internally to improve calculator functionality and user experience.

  • If you choose to submit your email or save calculations, your information may be stored for reference or future access..

4. Limitations & Liability

The Calculator relies on user-provided inputs and may not account for all possible expenses, taxes, fees, or real-world variables.

  • Actual retreat costs, pricing outcomes, and profitability may vary.

  • RetreatWise reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Calculator or any of its features at any time without liability.
